The Champion 100XL takes Fender’s amp-modeling platform and dresses it in stealthy black-on-black cosmetics, setting it apart visually from the rest of the Champion lineup while delivering the same push-button access to tone. Sixteen onboard amp models cover an enormous range, from glassy, transparent clean tones through crunchy rock textures all the way to saturated metal distortion, so you’re never boxed into a single genre or sound.
Sculpting your signal is straightforward thanks to four built-in stompbox-style effects — Compressor, Overdrive, Distortion, and Octaver — that layer onto any of the amp models for extra grit or punch. Each channel also carries a full bank of sixteen classic modulation and ambience effects, including reverb, delay, and the swirling Vibratone, giving you a deep well of textures to pull from whether you’re practicing at home or experimenting in the studio.
Powering it all are two 12-inch Celestion ‘Midnight 60’ speakers, which give the 100XL the headroom and output to fill a room with rich, expressive tone rather than sounding thin or boxy. It’s a combo built for players who want serious tonal versatility without wading through a manual to find it.
A 2-button footswitch is included, letting you switch channels and toggle effects on or off hands-free — handy for players who need quick tonal changes mid-song without reaching for the amp.
