Description
The Acus One for Strings 8 is built around a Class A preamp offering three inputs — two MIC-LINE and one LINE — each with its own PEAK LED, GAIN control, 3-band EQ, effect SEND, and VOLUME, so instrument and vocal channels can be shaped independently on stage.
An AUX input with its own volume and 2-band EQ lets you blend in a backing track or secondary source, while two direct outputs (LINE and REC) make it easy to feed a mixer or recording setup. A manual feedback canceller filter helps tame howl when running acoustic instruments at volume, and a headphone output with dedicated volume control covers silent practice. Eight onboard digital effects add polish without extra pedals.
Inside, a 2-way biamped system delivers 200W RMS total (150W to the 8″ woofer, 50W to the compression tweeter/horn) through an electronically crossed-over, bass-reflex plywood cabinet finished in wood. Frequency response runs 40Hz–20kHz, with a max SPL of 116dB — enough headroom for small-to-mid venues, studio use, or rehearsal rooms where clarity matters more than raw stage volume.
