Description
The Peavey Classic Series Delta Blues 115 pairs old-school tweed styling with genuine all-tube grit, running three 12AX7 and four EL84 tubes through a single 15-inch Blue Marvel speaker. At 30 watts into 16 or 8 ohms, it delivers real tube headroom and dynamics that stay articulate at stage volume without needing to be cranked past comfortable levels for small-to-mid-size rooms and blues gigs.
Built in the USA with a chrome-plated chassis under that classic tweed covering, the Delta Blues 115 offers a 2-channel preamp: a straightforward normal channel with its own volume, and a lead channel with independent pre- and post-gain controls for shaping everything from clean, sparkling tones to saturated, singing overdrive. A 3-band passive EQ (bass, middle, treble) shapes the voice across both channels, while a boost switch adds extra push when a solo calls for it.
Onboard tremolo with dedicated speed and intensity controls brings vintage pulsing shimmer, and master reverb adds depth and space to the sound. An effects loop lets you integrate outboard gear cleanly into the signal path, and an external speaker jack gives you the option to run an additional cabinet. A footswitch (channel switching, tremolo, reverb, and boost all selectable) keeps hands free during a set.
