Description
Small enough for a bedroom or dorm room, the Fender Frontman 10G still wears the iconic Blackface look Fender’s known for—black textured vinyl, silver grille cloth, and chrome hardware included. Don’t let the size fool you: a 6″ Special Design speaker pushes 10 watts through a closed-back cabinet, giving low end more punch than you’d expect from an amp this size.
The real trick is the selectable Overdrive switch paired with a dedicated Gain knob. Flip it off for that glassy Fender clean tone, or engage it and dial in anything from tube-emulated grind to thick, saturated distortion. That range makes the 10G surprisingly flexible—blues players get sparkle, rock and metal players get grit, all from the same control panel.
Simple Treble and Bass controls let you shape the tone without overthinking it, and two extra jacks round out the practice-friendly design: an 1/8″ Aux input for jamming along to your favorite tracks, and an 1/8″ headphone output for working out parts silently.
- 1/4″ instrument input
- Selectable Overdrive switch with dedicated Gain knob
- 1/8″ Aux In for playing along with backing tracks
- 1/8″ Headphone output for silent practice
- Controls: Volume, Gain, Overdrive Select Button, Treble, Bass
- Black textured vinyl covering, silver grille cloth, chrome hardware, Blackface control panel
Whether it’s your first amp or a no-fuss practice companion, the Frontman 10G delivers real Fender tone and looks without the price tag of a full-size rig.
