Instead of being locked into one flavor of clean or crunch, you can move between Fender’s signature clean and overdrive character and a range of British-inspired and modern distortion tones—useful whether you’re chasing jazzy cleans, blues grit, country twang, or heavier metal crunch. Pair that with onboard reverb, delay/echo, chorus, tremolo, and Vibratone effects, and a TAP button lets you dial delay time or tremolo speed to match your playing tempo without fumbling through menus.
Practical touches round it out: an 1/8″ stereo aux input lets you plug in a media player and jam along, while the 1/8″ stereo headphone jack makes silent practice possible at any hour. Cosmetically, it wears classic Blackface-era styling—black angled control panel, vintage-style skirted knobs, silver grille cloth, and black “Bronco” vinyl covering.
