Description
The Bassbreaker 112 enclosure is Fender’s answer for players who want their Bassbreaker head or combo to hit harder without losing the character that made this British-flavored American amp series a rock staple. Dressed in dark gray lacquered tweed with a black grille, it visually nods to the Bassman lineage while carrying its own identity.
Inside, a single 12-inch Celestion G12V-70 speaker rated at 8 Ohms and 70 watts handles the load, delivering the resonant, thumping low end that a semi-closed back cabinet is known for. That design choice keeps the bottom full and tight while still letting the amp breathe, which matters when you’re chasing tube saturation at stage volume rather than bedroom levels.
Size-wise, it’s built to slot right in with the rest of the family — fitting neatly under a Bassbreaker 15 combo or head, and equally at home paired with a Bassbreaker 007 head for a compact, gig-ready rig.
- Semi-closed back construction for rich, full lows
- One 12-inch, 8 Ohm Celestion G12V-70 speaker; total impedance 8 Ohms
- 1/4″ speaker jack
- Sized to fit under Bassbreaker 15 combo/head; pairs well with Bassbreaker 007 head
- Dark gray lacquered tweed covering with black grille cloth
- Black wide leatherette handle
- Dimensions: 16.88″ H x 19.5″ W x 9″ D
- Weight: 21 lbs.
If your Bassbreaker head has the tone you want but not quite the low-end weight to fill the room, this cabinet is the straightforward way to get there.
