The G12-65 was born as a higher-headroom sibling to the legendary G12M Greenback, and it went on to earn its own reputation as one of the finest 4×12 loudspeakers ever wound. This Heritage Series reissue reproduces the original construction and voicing, giving you a slice of ’80s hard rock tone with modern reliability. This particular unit is a demo model in mint, open-box condition.
Players gravitated toward the G12-65 for its fast transient response and firm low-end control, qualities that let a cranked amp stay tight instead of flabby. The midrange is carefully shaped to cut through a dense mix, while the top-end stays crisp without turning brittle.
