At its core is a proprietary Celestion Bad Cat V30 speaker, an undoped 60-watt 12″ driver voiced to move smoothly from shimmering cleans into thick, saturated crunch without losing clarity.
Bad Cat builds these cabinets the same way they build their amps: no shortcuts. The enclosure and baffle are finger-joined 11-ply Baltic Birch, wrapped in Taurus vinyl with white piping and finished with black grille cloth. Inside, heavy gauge wiring and hand-soldered jacks and speaker connections keep the signal path solid and the tone consistent night after night. A hand-stitched leather handle rounds out the road-ready build.
