Description
The Randall Diavlo RD20H packs genuine tube saturation into a compact 20-watt head, giving you the touch-sensitive feel and harmonic push that only a 12AX7/6V6 tube complement can deliver. It’s rated for 20 watts at 1% distortion, so you get usable headroom at lower stage and studio volumes without losing that tube-driven bite when you dig in.
Two channels plus a dedicated Boost Mode let you move from cleaner rhythm tones into thicker, saturated lead territory with a single stomp of the included 2-function footswitch (RF2T2C). A Class A discrete instrument-level FX loop keeps your pedals interacting naturally with the preamp, whether you’re running a gate, reverb, or modulation into the mix.
For recording or silent stage setups, the built-in speaker-emulated XLR direct output with ground lift sends a cab-simulated signal straight to your interface or the front-of-house desk, cutting out the need for a separate mic’d cabinet in a lot of situations.
